Rima and I keep people out of trouble with the highly-regulated toxic and hazardous materials - asbestos, lead, VOCs, soil and groundwater contamination, plus indoor air quality and the almost unregulated mold.

@Sandy Gabin how big of a property are you thinking of buying?

Since you won't have to commute too much, you might want to live around places you'd want to hang out (Sandy Spring, Dunwoody, Midtown, Linberg is popular area- but these are big cities) if you want to be at more quieter, less traffic area, would be Woodstock, Buford, or a little more north even. - you'd have to drive quite a bit to go to beaches.

After Sandy the state bought the houses and tore them down. 

The car was getting hotter by the second and there was nothing but sandy desert and sidewinders outside.

The sewer bills vary by location and they even factor in the "ERU" which measures the roof and paved space on the property which creates water run off into the sewer system vs space where storm water would be absorbed into the soil.  

The soft florida soil and high water table leads to these slipping overtime.
