As I gently move into my middle 60s my desire for all the adventures I took in my 30s to 50 seem like a lot of work LOL.. 

It shows what you can accomplish/accumulate with steady 'forward' movement, particularly in such a short period of time.  

The labor shortage we are experiencing in construction trades alone drives these prices higher, combine that with the movement in the cost of lumber and you have a mess on your hands.

And again, the movement of the stock is beside the point....anyone can buy it.

Seems that homes above conventional max amounts is where there is a ton of movement & qualified buyers (as restrictions are increasing - now 750 credit score required to close a piggy back loan was quoted to me) flooding the market & homes are flying. 

And, I also am in negotiation of buying into a franchise (not RE related) to continue diversifying my investments, and career choices/movements.  

Is there a source like AZBigMedia or Phoenix Business Journal in your market that you use to gauge market movement?

Or whatever statement that was.Freedom of movement, lack of commitment, agility is the next generation's demands. 

There was no movement to educate workers so they could move into other fields of work.

I would say try to time the leases so they line up with big movement periods.For example in my city I know military move in and out in the spring/summer and fall timelines.
