@David Edwards I read three sections in combination and drew the conclusion that a detached structure in lot less than 20,000sf can only be used for storage, greenhouse purpose, and in lot larger than 20,000sf they can only be used as Guest Cottage for non-paying occupants.

Hi, @Alex Dutton, Could you please clarify a few details: You are the owner of 4 units in a 6-unit condo building and you rent them out -- you don't have the condo docs and the property manager/condo association/an attorney who drew them up doesn't have them either?
