Nice track record forsomeone who claimed to be so successful and all about integrity.Since it’s not normal to ever run a background check on any of my friends,I believed his convincing stories and sincerity like most people have done.Getting back to the club days.

What I'm still hopeful for is that I can find people and groups who are sincere about working together on Real Estate.  

I wouldn't personally choose this model in Houston, as a more down-market clientele would be more expected since rents aren't that bad and with them comes the kinds of problems that you don't want in an unattended rooming house. 

The good news is you will get your rent under this program, 99% of it anyway, when the disputes are resolved; the bad news is that cash flow sucks in the meantime.I suggest grin and bear the seeming unfairness and commit to working the process sincerely and promptly, and consider it a better, less expensive alternative compared to getting attorneys involved.
