YOU need to decide if YOU will rent to someone that you cant really screen very well or will require a lot more work to screen (more research to find info or exclude issues that may be of a concern)..... that pertains to EVERYONE you consider......immigrant or not.How easy it will it be to find accurate info on them?

Tax implications are mostly negative as it pertains to real estate and s-corps.

There's no cash flow in SoCal right now....which is what the 2% rule pertains to.There are plenty of options fro workarounds in general though!
