The one im looking at has been on market for 300+ days like most of them.I can buy either a 1500 sq ft inline store front for about 43/ft or one with a slightly better entrance for same price/ft but its 1850 sq ft.

It's a fire-hose of people with virtually 0 prospect's of ever doing anything REI, with little to no resources, chasing some "e-z" button, as many are financing there entrance into how ever many bazillion monthly payment's to keep it, from what I have heard, a couple hundred bucks per month or so.

I have plenty of privacy, my own entrance/restroom and all so I will probably continue to do so until I pick up my 4th rental in about 15-18 months or settle down.Ytd my checks come in at an average of nearly $4300/mo if I factor in all of my stipends and extra duty pay and I’m confident that this will continue to grow each school year.My expenses breakdown per month: $250 groceries, $250 set aside for traveling, $400 nights out/dates, $300 clothes (and random amazon stuff lol), $300 gifts/kindness (birthdays for example), $300 bills.

I got a loan from my bank and they offered around 15 percent for the $15,000 loan.I started the class after paying the entrance fee of $15,000 and asked the guy doing the registration how soon I could get a deal and he mentioned shortest would be 3 months and longest would be 9 months.
