One is like an inline flat front store with glass front, The larger one has more curb appeal, its not an anchor but it just has columns on entrance and you just looks nicer.... should i even be thinking about that?

Depending on the county and location in that county , a development can take 2 to 10 years and cost lots of $$$$$$ . feasability studies , land costs , engineering , clearing , permits , water, sewer , curb and gutter , roads , then dealing with neighbors protesting , lack of school seats , impact fees, You need to have deep pockets before you get bigger pockets.I came across a 4 acre property in a high dollar area where you could build 9 more houses in the community.
