Population is at a net loss over the past few years and millennials are not clamoring to get out here but it does draw lots of retirees and federal government employees (military, Border Patrol, other federal agencies).

Basically a "border town". 

I mean we all pay taxes in some form; I would rather them be used to ensure people have a home than on corporate tax breaks, billion dollar planes that don't work, a stupid racist border wall, and as a gift to Israel so it can be used to kill Palestinian children.

., especially after factoring CAD dollar right now... but over the long-term, there is far more opportunity south of the border.

Funding sources north of the border might be harder to come across as of late.

But I am going to work on that buyer list right away, I am nicely located in Southeast Missouri but Right by the Arkansas and Tennessee borders so I should be able to cover all three areas quite well.

One was to open up the borders and let in any immigrant that has enough money or credit to buy a home.

I like this product for local landlords and have funded literally over a couple thousand of them.. but as a funder I will not fund to anyone that does not live within an hour of the asset when your talking those price points in MAJOR MSAs  but get out into the little burbs or lessor known communities and these can go well.. but in most major MSA's those price points are squarely in the roughest neighborhoods bordering on war zones if not war zones..  

Tried with Square but they don’t do cross border (booking from UK).

Keeps those who cross national borders on their toes, I guess...
