I happen to work for a university, and when trying to find roommates I posted my rooms on the off campus housing site (but I only reached out to grad level students, faculty, and staff, I didn't necessarily want to live with undergrads as a 27 yo woman).

When I was 23, I made the worst decision of my life, and it was over a 21-year-old woman.

@Brent Coombs -  I should have said "I would have to be a fool and a jerk"  She is a good tenant and a nice woman with three kids.  

I think a single woman would be afraid to commit for a whole year.

Kevin in that situation I would just say she's busy with such and such, or couldn't make it, and not worry about it beyond that.Reminds me that a long time ago my friend ended up dating the woman who was his landlord.

She has a woman clean the common areas every month, she is able to document any damage and get it fixed.
