From there, I would venture to say that if they have been in the unit nearly 10 years, odds are it is very outdated and in need of updating, possibly including plumbing and electrical depending on actual age.

I think this tells us that there is still demand, but the days of renting out tents, 200 square foot tiny homes, rvs, or severely outdated properties are in the past.

They know when their lease ends and begin looking before their move out date.

Then you just add on the new device when the built-in becomes outdated.

In my experience I've found these lists to be outdated and inaccurate.
