I don't mind going to work hungry, as I said I can get writeoffs (as long as it ain't a Tuna Fish sandwich, lol...made that mistake once got sick).

I might just get one to fly around on the beach and try to spot fish in the ocean.

Also bought a used 35 ft fishing boat paid 90 K but it would have been 400 K new why buy new ?

Now if it was CRIMINAL Rico that's a whole nother kettle of fish.

I am not "fishing" for clients.

In our market here in PDX this has defiantly happened.. and I see it happening in many major areas.. you had the flight to the burbs.. now you have those same people stuck in 2 and 3 hour commutes and they want back into the urban core.. also walk score in our area is HUGE>.. the millinials want to walk to things.. its very much back to the 1920's were you went to your corner tavern on Friday for fish fry.. and everything you needed was within walking distance.If a New Seasons or Whole Foods pops up into an area here WHAM housing follows.

Prior to tech it was all timber or forest products and AG .. and its defiantly NOT a business friendly state as we compare it to Texas ,  SC  AL  MS  and other states that are really attracting big business.. so some like it that way others think its not good for the state.. about 80% of the state is extremely rural and since timber Fishing and such died out from the good ole days those areas are and have been in recession or depression for the last 30 years.. just like a dead and dying one industry rust belt city or area.. no different.. 20 to 30 % unemployment.. etc etc.

Less than five minutes walk from the beach, a fishing pier, sporting equipment rentals, a grocery store, and it's next door to a year-round diner.

Thats why I’m fishing for ideas here… ideally to leverage into an $800k property. 

It's amazing what an art pulling and fishing wire to outlets can be.
