Social services will give her a social worker that will help assist her in finding suitable housing that she will qualify for.. at her age she should be in ASSISTED LIVING facility,  because she has been manipulated regarding her finances and needs someone to help her with that, basic elder abuse.

There are other tenants who might leave if noise from call center will interfere with their work and I would rather keep them and keep looking for a more suitable tenants.

I reminded her of the steps we went through...The seller needs to be in a position to carry..in other words, cant have a big mortgage to pay offThe Buyer needs to have a suitable down payment ( skin in the game)The interest rate needs to be reasonable (ours is 7)Term needs to be relatively short...our favorite term is 5 years.

I don’t want to wait (at 75 years old I can’t afford to wait).it seems as if everything we do has some sort of instant gratification; fast food – the micro wave, drive thru car wash and any information we want immediately with the internet - I want my profit now – I don’t want to wait for appreciation, or to depend on an agent to list my deal and wait for a long time for a suitable contract offer full of contingencies, I don’t want to go through the qualification process – I don’t want my life dependent on some snotty nose bank clerk to approve my loan.
