Went to several local banks today but I realized I was lost on the questions I needed to ask and of course stumbled through the explanation of the process of the hard money loans. 

I happened to stumble across the travel nurse market because there 5 hospitals in the area all within 10-20 minute drive from property. 

I’ve been exploring real estate and stumbled upon the bigger pockets podcast/YouTube videos etc..

Is that typically the price range you look for or was it just a great deal that you stumbled upon?

All of my STRs are in the town where I live, but I still stay in my first one (originally a vacation property for myself before I stumbled into Airbnb hosting 9 years ago after having been an Airbnb guest for awhile).  

With that said, I did manage to stumble upon a little 2/2 townhome in Palm Springs that I'm closing on Tuesday, will cash flow $225 a month after all operating expenses (vacancy, taxes, ins, etc.) but I will be self managing it.Finding the niche good neighborhoods in Palm Springs/Lake Worth and West Palm Beach seems to be the only play of late, unless you have good off market resource.
