then run credit reports on both, and look for events around the dates they gave you to prove or disprove what you have been told... the guy with the body shop could get hurt, and have no income.... 

Perhaps these fines and fees could be set in an escrow account at purchase, and the fees and fines dismissed by the governing bodies when the property is renovated.You and your lawyer need to talk to the city for acwin!

If you are able bodied and of sound mind there is no excuse to not be a homeowner in this country .i hated renting all I ever knew was fear of being thrown out as a kid .

I've seen work from a few companies around here when things were being done for a local body shop I used to work for, but I didn't pay too close attention.

I have full mobility of my body and health, I dont have many responsibilities like kids, wife, employees etc.
