Any adverse factor - the condition of the house, the neighbors, the neighborhood, the market, the economy, the tax liens, the barking dogs, the gunshots - can be overcome with the right price.

Ive already learned so much from the BP podcasts but I feel like being here on the site will help me overcome that hump of actually taking action.

Hey @Delaney PlaceStarting out virtually isn't necessarily naive, but it does add a layer of complexity to overcome.

You can overcome alot of condition issues (run down surrounding properties, noisy neighbors etc) with a lower price, you can also improve the condition although it would really depend what they are.
