That is such out-dated emotional hard sell.

. $20 is fine to go meet and greet, get their numbers and contact them individually to get to know others.I see meetings posted where they say there will be no pitching by some speaker, well, not entirely true as the speaker doesn't speak to hear themselves talk, they clearly have expectations of business to be had, the pitch just comes later after they tweak your interests.......that's fine.Going to some meeting where you have a bunch of old RE types there, understand that what they may teach or talk about is what they have been doing for 20 years, you'll get outdated, often unethical or even illegal stuff if these guys don't change with the times and stay current, it's hard enough getting Realtors to stay current, much less some old landlord or rehab guy.

The wife's family was originally from a different state so she decided to move in with her son and I agreed to release her from her lease.Upon confirming her move out date, the manager should've gone over and do the final walk through with her.

But that's a rental and I just felt it was too trendy and in 5 years I'd be the guy trying to rent the outdated gray gloss kitchen.

This thread lets me know there are still good people in the world LOL (for those keep the tenant ppl) ...when I was a tenant increasing the rent $1200/annually made me want to leave especially when my place was outdated and new places were popping up with the same increased rent. 

Nearly all the homes I looked at in my town and the ones outside of my town all have old outdated comps, which is my only setback in wholesaling.

i life in Tacoma now too.I think I know the seminar you're talking about and I'll be honest, I've never tried the software but from my experience this types of programs are outdated, inaccurate or just unhelpful.Not saying the one you purchased is not good, it might be the best thing ever!

Wood paneling is very 70's and outdated in my area and the greater % of buyers would appreciate drywall and paint much more.
