Worth her price to make sure I set it up properly (hiring, regulations, design of home, marketing, services, pricing, budget, help during rehab to upscale the previous owners work, etc) and would prefer someone locally who can help me network with LTC facilities, hospices, social workers, doctors, etc to keep a steady flow of residents (placement services like www.aplaceformom.com are expensive.).
