big learning curve that so many US citizens cannot get a checking account because they bounced to many checks. or your undocumented folks who can't get one.. or do n't trust banks.. :)  In Oregon the bigger apartment complex's will only take personal checks  if you can't get one they won't rent to you.

We'll see if he indeed pays by paper check and if it bounces or not.
