I've got 12 doors in Buffalo, NY and with solar city coming in and dumping billions, I think that could be a good appreciation play along with good cashflow.

Billions have left the county.

AirBnb and Uber for that matter are valued at several billion dollars and backed by venture capital companies with very strong lobbying power.

I forget which it was, except that it is over a billion dollar valuation now. 

Also, as EV's Tesla drivers don't currently pay anything into the gas tax, so it's further subsidized by internal combustion cars at a current rate of $34 billion per year.

We have HUGE companies in the tech sector investing billions here and Idaho being a red/landlord friendly state is still causing a lot of migration from west coast states.

We didn't pay billions to bail them out or anything.

The Topic was buying abandoned Properties, and i swear i feel like i don't know any more of how to get started in this area than i did before the seminar started.Let alone, the host told a billion "stories" about some of the deals he did, which were mostly about the seller's situation, personality, etc.

I'd like to re-package and sell off any excess properties in bulk as well.To be clear: ***I am NOT looking to solicit deals on the forum*** so please hold off on that trigger :) I am just looking to get my finger on the pulse of the market here in 2015.I do understand that there is a TON of B.S. floating around,  a lot of investor's getting burned with fake deals, $1 Billion Trillion dollar packages, broker chains, get-rich-quick personalities, and non-existent product.
