To dive into a couple areas more specifically I would see if you could find a weekly or monthly rental in Brookhaven, Midtown, Buckhead, Vinings, Dunwoody, or Sandy Springs.

Sandy, it sounds like you are working as a 3rd party, being paid a fee for your work.

Those areas were hit pretty hard during Sandy, and homes have to be elevated pretty high. 

As a real estate agent, what do I need to know about testing for soil around the houses I'm listing?

Investing however, is planting it after you have studied the soil, the climate and everything else that will make this plant thrive.

Currently my methods to locate the property have been:- researching the APN of vacant land to locate owner information and try and contact the owner (Title Search);  - reach out to Commercial Lenders/Bankers; - contact city redevelopment; and now - the BP investment community for more productive method of finding the proper land, proper zoning, no soil contamination, title or right of way issues.I am at a bit of an road block and would appreciate any constructive ideas the BP community is willing to provide.
