Prepare a detailed investment proposal, then find an angel by advertising, networking at investment clubs, or sending a personal appeal to folks in wealthy neighborhoods.  

Their heirs or their kids then inherit at a stepped up basis and that is how multigenerational wealth is created. 

Hi @Devyn Grillo...you absolutely can purchase at your age....I have a very wealthy friend of mind who purchased his first property at 16!  

Have any of you come to the realization that what you thought was wealthy today isn’t really as wealthy as you thought? 

In my opinion it makes no sense to be giving away money you could be using to make yourself wealthy and acquire properties to someone else and make them even more money.

It does make more sense when you visit but in my experience that I explored all parts of Spain, Marbella is the place to gin to, 50% of habitats international, wealthy and high class, host of many 5 star hotels abscond superb golf courses, plus Michelin rated restaurants.

We look not only at diet, but other factors that impact all of those things like sleep, stress and hormones.

Our goal is it to be financially independent with the goal of being wealthy. 

I recently revisit this "bucket list", but the $ has to work (because well we are not independently wealthy and just let it "sit" lol).
