I'm looking to supplement my income, and use it to buy more properties down the road.I figure by selling the condo, and the $50k I have in savings I can start putting $40-50k down payments on places before the rate hike happens later this year.  

I just wanted to supplement my retirement, not get rich LOL. 

I'm not quitting my day job either.....just one property at a time for now, as supplemental income.By the way, I had never heard of Bigger Pockets until I started searching around to see if other people were doing this….then I stumbled onto a modular flipping article by Mike LaCava.  

Or, the lender will take your documentation and order a credit supplement so the credit report is updated with a status of judgement satisfied.

I teach 5th grade Math & Science, so I'm looking to supplement my income thru real estate. 

Willing to supplement a lack of real estate experience with hard work and and eagerness to excel. 

To supplement my income that was getting taken out of my check to pay back the 401k loan ($520 monthly) I would just use the funds I had saved up for the down payment that I no longer needed and everything would hum along just fine with no added stress on my finances from a reduced income. 

My ultimate goal is to build a strong portfolio that will produce enough positive cash flow to supplement my current income in the short term and eventually enable me to quit my 9-5 and focus on investment full time. 

It is supplemented with Umbrela insurance.

Might start supplementing with part time work.
