@Ruel K. the SmartMove product works really well if you are only running a few screenings per year as it doesn't require you to have a home inspection as it is considered a "soft" check on the applicant's credit.  

I went to business school and learned technical stuff (accounting) but I feel like if I was a broker while going to school I would have learned all the soft skills I never learned as an accountant such as negotiation, networking, etc.

We have an architect who's helped us draw up plans for converting the first floor into a commercial space and the 2nd/3rd floors into 5 apartments/condos all about 2,000 soft in size.
