As interest rates trickle back down there is still a housing shortage. 

With the shortage of multifamily product for class B and class A investors or larger multifamily investors and with the emergence recently of investors looking for land even on biggerpockets, I was hoping to get a discussion going for out of state investors looking to grow in Ohio but not necessarily through acquisition of existing product but through new construction.

That is a big advantage having lived with a quarter machine last year during a coin shortage.

We are becoming very aware of the shortage in this area, we actually drove down to Slidell a couple days ago to check that area out as a possibility as well.

This is yet ANOTHER example of politicians ineptness to resolve huge issues like housing shortages.

We have a bit of a housing inventory shortage and this is creating opportunities for big profits!   

You force a foreclosure and you bet it going to get reported onto your personal credit report and the lender is going to come after you for any shortage.

Covington has very low crime rate, good schools, great rental market ( shortage as of now), and steady appreciation.
