You also need to get rid of that GM as they can't carry any water and has no skin in the game.You can fry that GM, move him out and look to others who have the ability to perform to move in, a PM should not be in the mix of ownership without the ability to carry off their share.You and the others may end up buying, but you need to see your attorney IMO. :)

Because we are in a colder climate we block the chimney with a big plastic sack designed for this and filled with air.

Some even have plastic sheeting for skirting! 

You're not in a monopoly game with plastic houses, tagging up with the wrong folks (seems to be the majority) can simply get you into trouble.

I have plans to install new windows so plastic isn't needed in the future.

@Tynessa Franks, I’ll second what @Larry Fried said, those duplex’s very much do exist but inventory is low and they sell quick.

A nice white plastic privacy fence, metal roofing, 3 other sheds, new a/c, home water filter system, just to name a few key selling points.

I'm not totally green to the process so don't be alarmed, I just need assistance with the search as I work a fulltime gig during the days Mon-Fri.
