I was disappointed at first, but it presents an opportunity to sell the investment or refi with any lender ( may be a blessing in disguise)

I was disappointed when I transitioned to 3rd party management and had to continue handling the bookkeeping.  

The problem with giving gifts is it creates the wrong expectations:You expect the tenant to be good to you in response, but it will not change their behavior for good or bad.They expect you to give them a gift every year, so when you don't give them a gift next year, they are disappointed. 

In Northern Kentucky most homes sell for 94% or more of list price and while everyone wants a bargain you also need to keep in mind that most homes will sell for a fair price these days and it’s your job to be realistic in your search so you do not only set yourself up for disappointment but you also respect the time and effort that your agent is giving you to help foster a successful transaction. 4.Lastly when you do find that home be sure to not be overly picky on the minor details.

So I was very disappointed but he was like fuel to the fire.I know I'm going to be very successful in this business, it's just a matter of time.  

Do a search for topics that interest you and go from there; you won't be disappointed!

I spent an hour trying to figure out how to get in but couldn't very disappointed. 

Even though as much of a disappointment this was as my very first venture and as pumped as I was in getting started into investing it hasnt stopped me from moving forward.

I was very disappointed.

In my experience though, hope is the first step on the road to disappointment and the data is the data.
