I had developed quite an illegal scheme in my head involving lending myself money from my IRA (prohibited transaction!!).

Personally, I think hiring a cleaner would be the easier route and is a minor expense in the grand scheme of things.

However I'm not convinced this was the case with these two, I see just some immaturities in these two that Im sure lead to them believing Amplify was a get rich quick scheme or something similar.

You've been caught up in a Ponzi scheme; the good thing is that you're clearly aware of it.

@Jay Hinrichs You have been following this whole Oceanpoint thing, so I thought you might find this interesting.Sounds to be like a possible ponzi scheme now if the rents actually being collected are half what the owners think they are. 

I certainly don't think it's a incredible spread or get rich quick scheme but I think it'll work.
