This time instead of just turning off his gas they broke the concrete of the street and severed his gas line, filled the hole back in and repaved, with appropriate permits of course.At another property the home owner, (the reason I say home owner is that often this behavior is from a tenant or a squatter) was living in his own home with no utilities.
