It is common knowledge that politicians are liars and heads of corporations are criminals but worse,than that, it has become acceptable behavior along with many others that in the past would have been shunned.

This time instead of just turning off his gas they broke the concrete of the street and severed his gas line, filled the hole back in and repaved, with appropriate permits of course.At another property the home owner, (the reason I say home owner is that often this behavior is from a tenant or a squatter) was living in his own home with no utilities.

They are targeting successful people so they don't have to do serious mental overhauls to reform years of conditioned self-destructive behaviors.

One way to determine if an animal is an actual trained service animal is to observe it's behavior.

You're thinking about finding out about their social behavior.

However just like an agent can get wrung up for this behavior so can private investors.. its just less likely .  

It's a matter of geographic access due to transportation at the time, human behavior and statistical probability, not politics...

We need investors that are willing to walk alongside tenants and to demonstrate and encourage positive change/behavior. 

After all the tides of the cycles are all spurred by human behavior.

But the feds shouldn't subsidize that behavior.
