Is someone stealing coins?

Coming from the other side of the coin, I've done jobs (and I do them well) where I fronted materials and got burned.  

Unfortunately, the info shills who don't know what they're doing coined the term wholesaling and aggregated contract assignments into it because they don't know any better. 

I just feel like a 401k is an overlooked tool that gets discredited because it’s not sexy at the water cooler like real estate or crypto

If you are interested in becoming an active investor, there is a Meetup in Columbus called COIN - Central Ohio Investors Network and they meet monthly.  

We are a PM co in Tampa/CLW/Saint Pete - I second what @Dan Maciejewski said. 

Think of Bitcoin and other Crypto crashing to $0, stock market declining 20%+, Tesla filing for bankruptcy, eviction and foreclosure moratorium expiring, oil at $150/barrel, Fed raising rates to combat hyperinflation, interest rates on 10 year treasuries going to 3%+, China invading Taiwan, and more civil unrest in USA all happen before the end of the year....Austin market and every other real estate market will plummet quick. 

On the flip side of that coin, you sit at home and don't take any action, don't make any investments because many many things could happen.

I have never hired an inspection co. in all 500 or so of my deals.
