I think getting it all done, plus the chance to hammer that attorney with a long list of pre-written questions for $350 sounds like a pretty good deal.

Thought I'd share this picture for a good laugh.As it turns out, one of my previous tenants must have repossessed my claw hammer.  

We also always use porcelain, and use ceramic white subway tile for backsplashes.If you drop something metal, like a hammer on the floor, the tile will chip off or brake.
