Also the home inspectors are much more geared towards writing lengthy reports to justify their fees, contractors tend to look at any sort of paperwork as a pain in the *** that they aren't real interested in completing.

Worst case, all of their upside is eaten up in a lengthy foreclose process and their credit is still down the tubes. like @James Wise pointed out, no one can change the fact that the buyer gets the asset while the seller holds the liability.

The infrastructure bill was decades overdue, we are basically BRRRR-ing the country after the previous generations didn't do any upkeep - so much of our infrastructure was built under Eisenhower.One thing I heave learned in corporate competing against large asian corporations is they have long range goals and strategy to support them.
