The goal is to foster a fair and transparent marketplace while addressing the concerns associated with unethical practices.

Relationships are key.Take a big picture look at this one - investing is long term proposition, no matter whattype of RE area you work in.Fair is a very important word to me personally,I'd suggest fostering this relationship and build on it.

Note the wording of Mr Foster's sign: “$XXXXX REWARD FOR INFORMATION LEADING TO THE ARREST AND CONVICTION OF PERSONS WHO (Describe the crime).

@Dave Foster @Wilson Churchill One of my favorite deals all time was when I was buying Timber rights ( timber Deed)  and helping the timber land owner do a 1031 into an income producing property ( usually apartments). 

@Dave Foster I'm genuinely surprised the IRS would consider those two properties like kind.
