I have found with my STR’s that it helps that they facilitate multigenerational stays.  

In fact using systems to facilitate this also allows you to scale.

If I tole you to fly over, are you going to argue you don't have wing's, or use an ounce of common sense to sort the facilitating actions? 

The continued printing of money is facilitating massive spending in Congress exacerbating the problem combined with really bad policy.

Sure, he’s probably bluffing but that shows you how much he needs it more than you do but again his dad is a former attorney and might help facilitate this out of principle.
