This is beside the great appreciation.My brother in law who's a doctor, and his wife a banker, has incomes of several hundred thousand dollars, and pays much-o taxes.

That's why many of us are doing this instead of being doctors etc...:)Many of the charges you'll get from title attorneys are pre-paids (taxes and insurance).  

Did you became Lawyer or Doctor or something that can make more than 39K?

Either way, be sure to ask the inspector if they are certified and keep up with any continuing education credentials.As a rule of thumb, think of a home inspection like a well visit to the doctor.
