It's much better than providing obviously unethical and fraudulent information like many gurus do - How they don't get their *** handed to them I have no idea, because even only having a year of experience I can clearly see the absurd, unethical, and illegal behavior. 

Most humans have evolved from this behavior acting within the norms of society.

Drug dealing is rarely errant behavior in a low income neighborhoods.Even if this one unit is the only problem unit, it's hard to get the real cooperation of neighbors if it puts them at risk for being suspected of reporting to or cooperating with the landlord.

Once again.... every situation is unique, and I'm not saying to be enablers of bad behavior.

Now i do understand that investments come with risks but can you say what recently happened to our country wasn't cause by just reckless behavior and in the end who gets left with the bag of coal?

Remember that this rich man was very proud of all the badges of virtuous behavior he had achieved.

The pacifists on this forum clearly have NO understanding of history or human behavior.

Identify if that fits your personality and traits or if you are willing to modify some of your behaviors to move to the next stage of investing.

There is a word for such behavior - ultracrepidarianism.I constantly hear from people complaining because, "no one is telling them anything" and while I agree our industry isn't very good at getting the word out, I would also agree that part of our industry isn't very good and listening to the people who are trying to help them.

They have a tremendous following worldwide, leaders in both parties of the Congress, a man who would've been a great president(Romney) and many leaders that have overcome their mistreatment in history.There are many other groups that have also suffered injustices or prejudice, but you don't hear them using it as an excuse for their behavior generally.
