Drug dealing is rarely errant behavior in a low income neighborhoods.Even if this one unit is the only problem unit, it's hard to get the real cooperation of neighbors if it puts them at risk for being suspected of reporting to or cooperating with the landlord.

There is a word for such behavior - ultracrepidarianism.I constantly hear from people complaining because, "no one is telling them anything" and while I agree our industry isn't very good at getting the word out, I would also agree that part of our industry isn't very good and listening to the people who are trying to help them.

They have a tremendous following worldwide, leaders in both parties of the Congress, a man who would've been a great president(Romney) and many leaders that have overcome their mistreatment in history.There are many other groups that have also suffered injustices or prejudice, but you don't hear them using it as an excuse for their behavior generally.
