I understand you have to check with each local county or city zoning department, but was hoping someone might have experience or links to resources that can identify the zones classified to allow containers and/or areas they have built them on more quickly.

Thankfully, I am making progress.I'm having lunch with my accountant to go over a number of these details, one of them being classified as a true RE Pro. 

Classified as an installment sale under section 453 of the IRC code, this structure is not a distinct legal entity like a Delaware Statutory Trust but rather a contractual arrangement between the seller (taxpayer) and a third-party trust.

Based on the blueprints of the other surrounding properties, I assume it would be classified as a cellar, however, ceiling height is 7ft and there is a second exit.

Do you classify each property as one or the other based on its delta from the median price, or is there a 'hard' signal to indicate if a property was renovated?
