Talk is usually cheaper so give him a phone call and be very gentle and very nice and nicely explain to him to move out and if he declines your attorney fees will be billed to him for the eviction proceedings.

At least if you had a M2M agreement, you could ask for the security deposit money as soon as the 6 months were up.There is a movement in this country to force private landlords into in effect providing government housing with rent restrictions, etc.

I would argue that the price went down and the value has stayed the same, which is another reason why I prefer to look at inflation as a matter of price movements instead of a matter of value.
