I hope they simplify the process for visual peeling paint as the initial inspection and get away from the expense and hassle of wipe tests.

Buyers cannot visualize themselves living in the home.

One deterrent I've seen from those units is rising HOA cost.

Being located near a highway may be a deterrent for some, but being 5 minutes walking to the grocery, school or close to work may be a benefit to a buyer who plans on living there.
