As a US citizen all income made in the US or from foreign sources are taxable here.For state income tax purposes it gets more complicated.

I'm sure you're all upstanding citizens that pay your bills on time but if you happen to be late you can really put your contactor in a bind.

They typically buy homes, apartments and some even purchase hotels to clean their illicit funds.

I'm not sure at this point whether they are a non-US citizen, or a US citizen living abroad, if that makes any difference.

Went to First Citizens, they looked at my w-2 and credit report, drive by appraisal, and got a heloc in a week. 

The plumbing and electrical may be marginally safer, but the increased blight due to government's pricing distortions likely causes harm to Albany's citizens in other ways that may be less evident than a burst pipe or an electrical fire, but may be equally or perhaps even more pernicious.

But you may also want to try Security Bank, Robins Federal Credit Union, SunTrust, South Bank and any other local places near you.And don't even try US Bank, Citizens Bank, Capitol One, Union Bank, or Chase....they wouldn't lend to me in GA (not sure why).

Ordinary citizens find it deeply questionable.

The contract clause does not trump the power or responsibility of the state to protect the general welfare and health of its citizens.
