If you see 3 of the same size/layout properties listed for 1100/1150/1300, I always assume 1100 is realistic and anything more is icing on the cake.

Just going to throw this out there if the situation warrents these actions.AGEED with all others as getting rid of moisture.Have heard another method of getting rid of mold is to media blast using dry ice pellets as a media.

Then later in the day I made my first call to a FSBO which ended up being a dead end, but that was ok because it broke the ice for me.I am going to try to locate an owner carry that we can get in to with a bit of cash down and then have it as our first buy n hold.
