It's all relative.If a household is pulling in 400k/yr and their mortgage is 38% of their income... other cost of living items like food, clothing, transportation are still a small(er) percentage of their income.

"A" class properties are typically 10 years old or less, in great neighborhoods, in great condition, and have lots of amenities like pool, playgrounds, access to public transportation, etc.

I would be nervous to transport it and risk a crack.It's also extremely heavy.

Bakersfield is now focusing on diversifying itself into transportation and logistics, and with the new High speed rail coming, we are set to see a triple in population over the next 20 years.  

Cities with greater density and reliance on public transportation are naturally going to be places where disease spreads faster.
