Second theory is just it's the way they want to piss off the other "more nationalistic" party and increase their party dominance LOLIn other country, it's common practice to allow more immigrant so the political party that's doing this, is increasing their voters.In short the immigrant creates more supply of cheap labour and create dis-inflation and also adding voters.

As well as areas of the US that frankly are pretty dangerous so your realtors are not really interested in most of those areas and wholesalers do dominate the transactions as they are willing to work in cat pee houses and the hood :) just like I am one of the funders for these that will walk in those neighborhoods personally and or the super scary parts of the cities which we know where those are :) I would never let my wife go anywhere near this inventory..
