Isn't this type of de-regulation promoting what started the crisis in the first place?

I'm not an expert on lending but it is my personal experience that post 2008 credit crisis, very few banks will refi with an LLC as a borrower.

Boy the sheriffs of the country owe the IRS billions and this could solve the debt crisis.

Home ownership at a 19 year low.Of course home ownership rates declined during the mortgage/foreclosure crisis, but they are still dropping now in the housing recovery.

Markets are primarily local and although some external circumstance may effect real estate across the board (financial crisis, etc), it's pretty hard to predict when one of the "external" circumstances are going to hit.  

I'm actually amazed at how long it took for the mortgage crisis of 2008 to happen.  

Not only have most millennials witnessed 2 major stock market crashes (Tech Crunch and Great Recession) as well as the housing crisis that accompanied the Great Recession but the job market does not function like it used to. 

Enough money to buy healthy meals if you don't like to cook, etc.But the one thing I can't generate any more of is time.In the next post I'll outline how we made the money and how long it took (about 30 years), and the event of fortunate timing and good luck that started it (my grandmother pushing my parents to buy some apartments after the S&L crisis around 1990 - when banks could barely give complexes away and you could do 90% leverage deals).I'm the fortunate son of a grandmother who had a classic value investor's eye (even though she was trained as a nurse) and who started buying single family homes back in the 1950's and renting them out.
