The bullnose on the countertop doesn't have any visible indication of damaged grout at all.

Quite nicely finished on the inside from previous owner w/ tile floors, quartz countertops and stainless appliances.I am wondering if anyone has some estimates for how much an engineering study on this would cost, and what I could expect to save, given the purchase price?

If you have installed certain high end items like quartz countertop or strand woven bamboo flooring or if the roof was written instantly replaced, make sure you have evidence thereof and give it to the appraiser when he or she is conducting the inspection.

The entire flooring needs to be re-done and then countertops need to be replaced/updated etc etc.

Insurance covered about $60K in new cabinets, countertops, floors, walls, furniture, etc.

My question is what type of hard surface countertop would you use?
