They try to put the blame on the bank side (authentication), but it still hasn't been resolved in probably over a year. 

I’ve quit claimed other properties into LLC’s after purchase, but that won’t provide anonymity like closing in the LLC itself would, the cat is out of the bag once you’ve closed in your name.

I just buy a "bed in a bag" from Wal Mart. 

I told him I was a real estate investor (I just offered it, to be authentic) and just wanted to look through the records.

I'll post more comments as the thread wears on, but for now I will enjoy this with a bag of popcorn!

Nobody is trying to rip anybody off here, I have to say this whole situation turned ugly quickly and it seems I’m the one left holding the bag. 

The Underwriter will have to defer to the underwriting guidelines to see how to authenticate and apply the proof submitted.

No bags of trash.  

So, if a cash flow market is what you seek, then my advice would be to pick one and pack your bags.
