How did you amend with the additional funds clause?

The contract we use will have a number of days in which you can perform your inspection then submit an amendment for your inspection results (this is essentially a repair request).

Some jurisdictions adopt the latest code as it is written a d released, and some jurisdictions delay adoption and or, amend to meet the local needs.Licensed and insured contractors protect your investment and save you AHJ headaches down the road.

I would discuss this w/ a mortgage broker and a CPA to see if it makes sense to amend your taxes and the pros and cons of doing so. 

Have you looked into your second amendment rights?

Cody Harmon I would for sure have your agent draft up an amendment (change to the contract) stating the seller is allowed under no circumstances to sign any new leases.

Can't the contract be amended during my option period to state that I would like the property to be vacant by the date of closing?  

I found a CPA before I was told I was being audited and we planned to file an amended return because as I suspected the original accountant did everything all wrong.

While reading it, I found a discrepency of $1000 which needed to be amended.

LPI falls under terms within Regulation X which was amended in 2014 under Dodd Frank.
