That statement is definitely false.

Watching the video just elevates her standing on Youtube and generates more views and more revenue for her false advice.

Sadly, DAPTs will give you a false sense of security.

This sounds absolutely absurd.  

Set a limit on false complaints and stick to it.

You will need to live at the residence full time. i am sure you have heard of the couple in Denver who falsely told Denver's building department that they lived at the residence where the airbnb as located.

Which is to say, absurdly high, but on par with other quality contractors you're likely to find. 

  - I've heard of people doing this with office, but again the build out and retrofit is going to be absurd and most of these deals I've seen are a purchase/BRRRR situation.
