However the surrounding markets outside of Louisville are doing great along the Bourbon Trail like Lawrenceburg KY, Bardstown KY, Shepherdsville KY, Taylorsville KY. 

And there are numerous pitfalls including valuation differences and paper trail documentation that it's usually not a DIY enterprise.
