Incidentally - they can be sanded and resealed if a tenant abuses them (cuts on them, stains them etc).I hope that helps.

She's suddenly single due to a domestic w/ her boyfriend.She had her abusive boyfriend arrested for hitting her, and asked me to remove him from the lease.

Artists...musicians...photographers....actors....dancers....etc.I don't descriminate against ethnicity or age or skin color or family status or country of origin or sexuality.....we have a total mix of everything. 

Tenants are abusing the system just like airline passengers are doing with taking pets on planes. 

This opens the floodgates to abuse, and then the govt will probably overreact, shutting it all down.

Not only have they used that weapon, they overused it and abused it, resulting in the highest inflation in 40 years.

Only big companies with sales people charging insane amounts out of money will get abused like this.
