Most commercial assets require the same general inspections, financial analysis, who pays for boundary survey and alta, environmental inspection, and how rents, deposit are taken care of with 30 days due diligence so if it were me I would not use a lawyer on the PA unless you have no idea.

if you have to do any major utls to the site it wont pencil... those numbers ONLY work in my experience for those just doing a re plat and ONLY paying for survey etc.roads utls are all born by the new owner when they build.
