The appraiser did a rental survey and you paid for it, get that.

The developer has also obtained permits from the city and county as needed, as well as the approval of local residents and has had all the requisite surveys for drainage and flooding, and whatever other concerns that a developer and the community would have. 

Most commercial assets require the same general inspections, financial analysis, who pays for boundary survey and alta, environmental inspection, and how rents, deposit are taken care of with 30 days due diligence so if it were me I would not use a lawyer on the PA unless you have no idea.

Attorney fees, environmental, surveys, etc are paid by you. 

The outcome of the asbestos survey and inspections will determine which building if any we can reno for office, laundromat & common areas.

if you have to do any major utls to the site it wont pencil... those numbers ONLY work in my experience for those just doing a re plat and ONLY paying for survey etc.roads utls are all born by the new owner when they build.
